TIKAL OVERNIGHT STARTING IN GUATEMALA CITY

Day 1

  Very early morning check in for your flight to Flores' Mundo Maya International Airport. Check in for your flight at 5 am. Your GAIRWAYS' or TAG Airlines' flight leaves at 6:30 am.  Upon arrival transfer to the Tikal National Park for your guided visit. Tour of Tikal with a professional guide. Lunch without beverages is included in your tour. After lunch you may visit the Sylvannus G. Morley Museum or the Lithics Museum on your own (museum entrance fees not included). Free afternoon on your own. Overnight at your hotel in Tikal.

Day 2

  After breakfast free day to explore more of the grandeur of Tikal on your own. At 3 or 3:30 p.m. transfer back to the airport from Tikal Park for your flight back to Guatemala City. Please pay your airport departure tax at Flores Airport.

  For your reference, without the round trip air tickets the hotel package at the Tikal Inn is US$ 203.13 in single occupancy, US$ 113.75 per person in double occupancy, US$ 106.17 per person in triple occupancy and US$ 99.13 per person in quadruple occupancy. Children under 12, sharing the same room with parents, pay only US$ 81.25 per child for this package. 

Staying at the JUNGLE LODGE,  prices per person in standard room 

 

  For your reference only, as there are Premium rooms, Junior Suites and Suites and the price is different for each. The following are the prices in STANDARD rooms without the round trip air tickets the hotel package at the Jungle Lodge is US$ 255.58 in single occupancy, US$ 190.16 per person in double occupancy, US$ 168.35 per person in triple occupancy and US$ 157.45 per person in quadruple occupancy. Pricing is for standard rooms at both hotels and the pricing per child under 10 years of age at the Jungle Lodge is US$ 111.48. Kindly let us know how old they will be at the time of travel.

  What’s included: Domestic round trip air tickets for flight Guatemala- Flores- Guatemala, round trip ground transportation airport- Tikal- airport, tour of Tikal with a professional guide, lunch (on day 1 only), overnight at your hotel and breakfast (on day 2). Your airport departure tax departing from Guatemala City is included with your G Airways' or TAG Airlines' flight.

  What’s not included: International flight to Guatemala, museum entrance fees and dinner (on day 1), lunch and park entrance fees, personal expenses, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks with meals, any other charge not specified above. No tips are included. Please note your park entrance fees are not included on any day if staying at the Tikal Inn. Your airport departure tax departing from Flores is not included on your G Airways' or TAG Airlines' flights so you will need to pay US$ 3 per person for this airport departure tax at Flores airport.

  NOTES: The guided group tour that is part of this package is in English language. Courtesy transfers to Tikal at 8 am and back to the airport at 3 or 3:30 pm are also included but this package may be modified if you need private transportation arranged on your behalf at an additional cost. For travelers who are departing on later flights you will need a private transfer to Tikal, which is US$ 75.83 one way for up to 6 people.
